Video Recording playback: Audio faint

Hi everyone,

I have been experiencing this issue for some time now and I was wondering if anyone is having the same situation. After a video screen recording in Storyline 360, my voice can be heard in the playback, but it is very faint. I have tried making some adjustments within windows and articulate with no success. I am using a Dell laptop i7 core with windows 10 pro. The work around is using text-to-speech audio but unfortunately it is not ideal as the project continues to grow. 

Does anybody have any solution or is it unfortunately working as designed/built.

    Hi Jason,

    Thanks for reaching out about this! If you are looking for a way to edit that background noise out of a video, there are free video editors that can do that! Shotcut can definitely get that done for you.
