Video Size Limitations in Rise
Hello all!
I have a MP4 video I'm trying to load to Rise and it just says "processing", but nothing happens. The video size is 219,361KB. Any suggestions? Thanks!
I too, had this issue today. A very slow load of a video under the limits. Any tips for getting it to load and process faster?
