Video Size Limitations in Rise
Hello all!
I have a MP4 video I'm trying to load to Rise and it just says "processing", but nothing happens. The video size is 219,361KB. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Hi there, just an FYI - i had the same problem with a 10mb mp4 using Chrome. But I just tried using IE Edge and it worked in 10 seconds, Not sure if there's an issue with Chrome.
