Video Size Limitations in Rise

Hello all! I have a MP4 video I'm trying to load to Rise and it just says "processing", but nothing happens. The video size is 219,361KB. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I am having an issue where a small video has been "processing" for well over an hour. Please see the attached.
