Video Size Limitations in Rise
Hello all!
I have a MP4 video I'm trying to load to Rise and it just says "processing", but nothing happens. The video size is 219,361KB. Any suggestions? Thanks!

trying to upload a storyline video to rise it just says processing and does nothing for hours .

Cancel and restart the process.
I have done that several times with same result also cleared cache before attempting same result.
