Video stuck in processing - Rise
I have a fairly large video that I'm trying to upload in Rise and it's stuck in processing. I've had this issue before but cannot recall how it resolved itself. I'm working on a client deliverable so any urgent assistance would be appreciated.

Just to add the file size is approx 600mb which I believe falls well under the size limit.
