Video which ends in fullscreen disables all slide content

I experience an issue when I have a video manually expanded to fullscreen end while in this mode. I cant interact with any content on the slide when the video ends and is closed. Regardless of my triggers to hide the video layer when the media completes, I cant click on anything.

Is this a known issue and is there any solution?

  • Hi Carl-Oscar,

Thanks for taking the time to report this problem, and I'm sorry you ran into this.

I tested your project file and a new project. I confirmed that when a video from a layer is played in full-screen and a trigger to hide the layer when media ends is executed, Storyline becomes unresponsive.

I've shared your findings with our product team, and we'll notify you once the issue is fixed. Here's a peek into our process:

    I appreciate your patience!
