Video with Black Frame

Hi there, I have a video imported to Rise 360. It has a black border around it. (see attached) Is there a way for me to remove the black border? Please advise. /jc

Hi Kishore, 

Thanks for reaching out! I wouldn’t expect to see a black outline around your video if the aspect ratio is 16:9. Would you be willing to share your video file so we can take a closer look? If that works for you, you can send it our way by clinking here.
