Video won't start from the beginning when I move it on the timeline

I'm trying to have a video (a screen recording using Peek 360) come in around the 5 second mark on the timeline, but when I move it forwards on the timeline, instead of starting from the beginning of the video, it loses the first 5 seconds. If I move it to 10 seconds, it starts from 10 seconds in etc. etc. I have not had this problem with other videos in this story, and I can't seem to figure out why this is happening.

Can anybody help me to solve this please?
