Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry you are experiencing playback issues with your videos in Rise.
To help troubleshoot this issue, can you let us know if the problem happens for specific videos, or all of your videos in the Rise course?
Do you have another browser to test and see if the issue also occurs there? See this article for the supported browsers for viewing Rise 360 courses.
Lastly, can you try clearing your web browser's cache when this issue occurs? See more details here.

Could it be a network error? Were you working in a coffee shop or an open Wi-Fi?
Also, have you tried updating everything on your computer? Maybe there's some issue with your internal graphics. Maybe.
