Videos don't play in SuccessFactors LMS

I made an eLearning content with a video  in it. Everything works well but the video doesn't play. Video plays when previewing and when tested in scorm cloud. I read in one of the discussions that turning video compression off will work BUT its greyed out and can't change it.

    I used Rise 360 for the content and the video played properly. Storyline doesn't play the video. I want Storyline, is there a fix for this issue?

    Hi Jerico,

    I'm sorry you're having this issue with your LMS! If your course worked properly while testing with Scormcloud, that usually means the issue lies with the LMS. Have you checked in with SuccessFactors on this issue yet?

      Hi John, I turned off compression option on the video in Storyline then re uploaded in SuccessFactors and it worked.
