Videos in SCORM package are not working

I created a RISE course and everything looks good on the Articulate website, but when I export as a SCORM 2004 and upload the package to my LMS (Moodle) some videos play OK but others do not, giving...

I tried with both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. It happened with both browsers. So far I only tried accessing it from my PC. I made other modules with Storyline 360 and all videos played OK.

    Hi Ramon, thanks for that information. I recommend testing the course in SCORM Cloud, the industry-standard testing engine. You can create a free account here: https://cloud.scorm.com

    If the issue doesn't occur in SCORM Cloud, the issue could be with Moodle. Feel free to reach out to your LMS administrator for help.
