Videos not working when publishing using Presenter

Hi All,

I saw that many had had the same issues over the years, and after reading through some of the "fixes," I am still not having a good start experience with the Articulate Rise 360 sub.. At this point, I would throw the software out of the window, if I could, LOL..

Here are my issues:

1. Videos don't work when publishing using the presenter feature.
   1. Videos are on C: drive...
   2. Videos work in the "Storyline app"..
   3. Videos work in normal PowerPoint.
2. Importing my PPTX to Storyline messes up ALL ANIMATIONS, FLOW WHAT I did in PowerPoint.. it's really an annoying thing.
3. GIFS not working, so I had to restore some of the GIFS to make it work, but not an easy process at all.

I have in the last 3 days spent time on making 2 presentation work, and still with so many issues.. 

Before, I was using iSpring software, and I didn't have any issues with that at all (videos, gifs, animations, flows).. 

How can I publish my content into SCORM 2004 (4th edition) without spending 100+ hours on fixing every single slide using your program..

Sorry for the bad hiccup, but I am so frustrated with it.
