Same issue as JodieLangley-31 , resolved by rollbacking the Storyline version to 3.91.33139.0 (2024 september 3)

I'm glad to hear that rolling back to a previous Storyline version resolved the issue, but I'm happy to take a closer look at what's going on. Are you creating a video in Storyline and uploading it to Rise 360? I found a similar thread which may help determine the root cause. Additionally, if you're comfortable sharing our project with us, we'd be happy to do further testing!
