VR course not loading

Hello, I am creating a VR course using 360 degree images. The course previews in Storyline but when I publish to Review 360 or my local desktop, the course does not load. I've tried using the Classic and Modern player. Thanks.

    Sorry to hear that your course is not loading properly when published. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing so we can take a look at what's happening? We'll delete your project file as soon as we're done.
