Wacom pen doesn't work only on Trigger Panel

I got a new Wacom tablet with pen, as it's much easier and faster working with it than a usual mouse, and it works pretty well for all functionalities in Storyline, but only on the Trigger panel, it doesn't work at all. It's not fun just on this panel, put away the pen and use the mouse. Any solutions?
