We have these issues when publishing from Rise to LMS. Do you?

• videos behind a sign-in (internal) don't play when put in as embedded links, OR <- This is more likely something that can be corrected with the video hosting service. You may need to play around with the settings. This is most likely not a Rise issue.
• Rise lessons with these embed links end up popping the user back to the main course page (Start Course) upon clicking that lesson link
• image filenames with a space in it don't show up <- This is possibly the server that your LMS runs on. I haven't heard of this for years, but some servers don't like spaces in filenames, and some are case sensitive too.
• progress circles that fill in as the user scrolls down don't keep their status and continue to show In Progress after they should say Complete
• Courses won't show complete without a quiz, so things that don't need one have an Acknowledgement of Completion statement we throw in there <- This is unusual behaviour and is likely to be something to do with the LMS. Check the SCORM version you are using (1.2/2004). See if there is another version you can use?
• Different browsers have different errors. Nothing above happens in Google, but Edge isn't great and Safari and Firefox are a disaster.
• Pages aren't often updated unless the cache is cleared and cookies are deleted. <- This is the servers caching the files. It could also be a proxy cache on your network. There is not much you can do about this if it is at the server level, other than requesting your IT department help you out with clearing any cached files, to ensure students get the latest files.

Many of the issues being reported appear to be server/LMS related. I have not seen any widespread issues reported recently, and so it is likely that your environment needs a bit of investigation and possible configuration changes to support your requirements. The Rise content is everyday HTML/CSS/JS and is SCORM Compliant. There is the occasional bug released into the wild, but if the issues you are seeing were Rise related, we'd be seeing a lot more noise on the forums.

I would recommend working with somebody who knows technology well and knows SCORM well. Through running the course in the browser on the LMS, they may be able to determine why you are seeing some of the problems you are.
