Web link for the course from storyline
Hi! Can story line course be published as pdf or ppt format? or a web link but not html? Is there a possibility to click on the tab attached and user go directly into the training? As for now, when I click this tab, the zip folder is there. I have to download the folder first, extract all files and then go to html file. Its not user friendly at all, could you kindly suggest the straight forward method to access the training please?

Looks like you need a web server for your purposes. If you host your course on a web server, this will allow you to directly link to it using any button or tab in your course.
After setting up a web server, all you need to do is publish your course for web distribution and upload your course to the web server to make it available via a URL or link.
If you're not familiar with setting up web servers, you can take a look at opening an Amazon S3 account which allows users to upload and host websites, which you can directly link to your Storyline 360 courses.

If you open the published output of your course after publishing for web distribution, you'll see all of the files that contain the HTML code of the course. All you need to do is open them using your preferred text editor to view.
Can I ask if this is what you were looking for?
Publish to web and then upload to server, there is no local version so I really you have LMS or server.
