Weird Occurrence with Feedback Master
I had the strangest thing happen with my Storyline feedback master yesterday. While working on edits to the correct and incorrect feedback, my custom feedback master suddenly vanished. The background I had designed for the feedback disappeared, and the text for the layer was only visible if I clicked on the text box. When I clicked away, the text disappeared, even though it was still showing on the timeline.
I accessed the feedback master section, and my custom slides were missing. So, I created new ones and assigned them to my slides. The really weird thing was that when I previewed the slide, I could see both the original custom feedback slide and the one I just created, but in edit mode, the original was invisible.
Not knowing what else to do, I closed the file without saving and reopened it. I was afraid that if I saved, the problem would be permanent. Everything was back to normal, but of course I lost the work I had done.
Unfortunately, I can't show anyone what occurred because I didn't think to record it at the time. I was in panic mode and just needed to get the project completed. I wanted to share this in case it has happened to someone else and to see if anyone has an idea of what might have caused it.

That is what's politely called "unexpected behavior." I suggest you submit a case directly to the Articulate staff. You can do that here: https://access.articulate.com/support/contact
Hi, KarelWagner!
I noticed you opened a support case and are working with my teammate, Dexter. You can continue troubleshooting with them in your case to keep all information in one place.
If anyone else is experiencing a similar issue, a good place to start is ensuring that you're working and saving locally. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please get in touch with our team in a support case!

Hi Kelly,
Thank you for responding. Yes, I always work and save locally. I learned that hard lesson a long time ago. It was strange; however, it corrected itself when I closed and reopened it. But as expected, I lost the edits I was making at the time it occurred. Thanks again.
