What do do if publishing a file causes slides to scramble?
Publishing a file of just 27 slides, two slides from the middle have somehow gotten moved during Publish to the end of the stack?

To clarify, does the disordering occur within the player Menu on the left-hand side? In Storyline, the built-in Menu can become mixed up if slides are re-arranged while authoring, especially when slides are duplicated. Within the Player Properties, under the Menu tab, select 'Reset from story'. This should reset all slides back to sequential order in the published output.
