What file is Quizmaker user response data stored in?
What file is Quizmaker user response data stored in when I publish in tincan? I want to do calculations on the data.

This information gets communicated to a learning management system (LMS) by Articulate Quizmaker 360 SCORM and AICC content.
As for how to get that data out of the LMS, you'll want to contact your LMS provider for help with that.
So, I can's see the data in the Articulate published files?

The user data would not be a part of your published output. The published output must be hosted somewhere, presumably your LMS, as Lauren shared above, and reports are produced from there.
