What happens with Rise courses after you cancel the subscription?
I want to share a question from a customer:
"Let's say we bought an individual 360 license to create a course in Rise and export it as SCORM. Without other similar projects, we don't renew the 360...
Hi Favio,
Your courses will remain intact and accessible, anyone who has direct links to your courses will still be able to view them. However, you won't be able to edit or export them.
If you'd like to download them before your trial or subscription ends, do this for each Rise course:
- Click Export in the upper right corner.
- Use the LMS drop-down list to select an LMS spec or choose No LMS—Web Only.
- Click Export in the upper right corner again to download a zip package of your course.
Although the data is not automatically deleted, per the Terms of Service for Articulate 360 it can be removed at any time the subscription or trial is no longer active and valid.
