What happens with Rise courses after you cancel the subscription?
I don't mean to sound stupid here but I want to make sure I completely understand the consequences of my actions. I created a course using the free trial. I have found an online option that is significantly less expensive than Articulate- it doesn't have all the bells and whistles but I don't really need them. I would like to export the Rise 360/SL 360 (I have some SL slides in my Rise course) to this other online course host. This course host also has a course author feature. If If I export into this other vendor, and then do not subscribe after the free trial, will students be able to access my course in the other vendor's hosting platform?
If not I will have to copy and paste all the content I created into their course author and the sheer volume of the content makes this daunting. My fear is once the trial runs out, students will not be able to access the course I uploaded to the other vendor's course hosting site.
Thank you!

Hi there, Dawn. No stupid questions! We all benefit when someone asks.
Once you export a course for web or LMS, the packaged content is yours to upload and launch forever. Your trial or subscription status won't impact the exported package.
Here are the catches if you don't maintain an active Articulate 360 account, however:
- You won't have the option to go back into those courses and edit or update them.
- If a newer browser version makes older exports of courses incompatible, you won't be able to take advantage of any fixes we release by exporting a new version of your course.
Let us know how we can help!

Hi Dawn, Could you please let me know what your other option is, please? I create free classes for teenagers so getting Articulate is not viable for me at all.
