What happens with Rise courses after you cancel the subscription?
I want to share a question from a customer:
"Let's say we bought an individual 360 license to create a course in Rise and export it as SCORM. Without other similar projects, we don't renew the 360...
Hi Sherri, your courses in Rise 360 and Review 360 will remain in our servers for 6 months after your subscription expires. During this time, anyone who has the link to your content will be able to access them, and Storyline blocks in your Rise 360 course will continue to work.
After 6 months, they will be permanently deleted from our servers and it will not be possible to restore them.
