What platform/language to choose when creating an online course?

I'm Sarah and I'm an English Teacher.
I have been working with Articulate and WordPress over the past 3 years as well and now it's time to create my own English course.
I know...
Setting aside the size of your course, and whether it could be streamlined at all, whether you should get your hands dirty by coding in HTML and JavaScript will depend on whether or not you can build a course to meet your needs using Storyline.
Have you encountered anything you can't build in Storyline but that you'd like to include in your course?
