Glad that Judy jumped in here! Happy to share more details about what you're seeing in the timeline.
That “person” icon on the Storyline timeline lets creators show or hide all slide objects from screen readers and keyboard navigation item by item or all at once.

Thanks for the video that shows what is going on. I do not get any text of the icon's function when I hover over it (or the lock and visual icons, for that matter). Probably the reason Alanna made the post.
