When is record screen enabled?
Record screen is gray both on the start page and in Storyline.
When can you record your screen in Storyline?
You're using the x64 bit beta. The record screen feature hasn't been enabled for that. This article shows which features are still in development.

I just wanted to pop in and share that I've included you in the open feature request we are tracking to allow screen recording in 64-bit Storyline 360.
We'll update this discussion as soon as we have news to share!
