When Publishing Storyline for Review changes made are not reflected in the republishing link?

Greetings Veronica,

I've tried publishing both ways I know how. "Create a new item" or Publish a new version of an existing item. When I click the chevron to display the previous versions I leave it on the default project, should I change that?
