Would you mind sharing a screenshot or a quick Peek 360 recording of which specific icon is not being inserted properly so we can check this on our end? I did a test using the first thin X icon that I saw and this is how it came out for me:
Additionally, can I ask if you can consistently replicate the behavior every time you insert the affected icon regardless of which file you are working on? I'm trying to isolate if the behavior is installation-related, or specific to the file you are working on.
