Why can't i refresh my browser while taking a SCORM course?
I'm experiencing a similar issue. We have a SCORM 1.2 loaded into CrossKnowledge. When learners refresh the browser (by accident, or if they are returning to finish a course) - or when they exit a course and return, the course will not reload. The page is completely blank. I'd like to understand if there is an alternative to telling users to complete the course in one sitting - this particular course has already been pushed out to 5300 learners. Any help is appreciated.

Not exactly the same issue (users not refreshing voluntarily), but I landed here after facing something similar and after extensive testing we were able to determine that there was one button in the course that was ultimately not assigned a destination and thus causing the learner's progress to stop, go to a black screen, and unable to re-enter the course from the LMS.
Once we assigned the button the issue was resolved. It was not anything related to the suggestions above. Hope this helps someone!
