Why is my fill in the blank Quiz showing possible answers?
Hi Sarah,
Happy to help!
Here's a recording of myself going through your Rise 360 course. When I tested your course and Storyline 360 project file, I couldn't replicate the behavior you reported where clicking any of the text boxes immediately revealed answers. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify the behavior:
- Have you tested your Rise 360 course on other browsers?
- Can you observe the issue while in edit mode in Storyline 360?
I don't think the behavior has anything to do with your Storyline 360 installation since your published Rise 360 course worked properly when I tested it. As a troubleshooting step, try the following steps to address the behavior:
- Clear your browser's cache
- Make sure your browsers are all up-to-date
- Make sure you don't have a stuck mouse button or keyboard key
If the issue persists, please send us a screen recording of the behavior so we can revisit how we are testing your course and file.
I have the same issue with fill in the blank questions. Only happens after it has been published. Doesn't always happen.

Hi JohnnieMoore,
Since the behavior is inconsistent, would you mind making a Peek 360 recording of the problem as it occurs so we can get a better idea of what causes it to happen in your Rise 360 course? Feel free to open a case with our support team here if you prefer to connect with a support engineer to troubleshoot the issue.

It is Storyline 360. It appears to be some thing to do with browsers. The first time the question is viewed, the popup suggested answer doesn't show up. Every time there after it does. Even after clearing browser history. (Same problem with any data input text box, not limited to questions.)
Same problem with Chrome and Edge.
Doesn't do it in preview mode.
