I'm sorry to hear you've hit this snag but I'm happy to help troubleshoot. I have a few clarifying questions I'd like to ask to help me better understand.
- Is this happening in preview mode or when viewing the published course?
- If only happening in preview mode, have you tried importing your slides into a new Storyline project?
- If it's happening with the published course, have you tried viewing the course in a different browser?
I understand you're unable to share the file due to company policy. Is it possible to provide a screen recording of what you're seeing? You can upload that here or privately in a support case! Anything you share with our team in a case is kept confidential. We regularly remove user files from our systems, and we're also happy to sign an NDA upon request.
