Why shape alignment messes up in preview?

Good morning all, I create four pie shapes, each with 45 degree angle, in the goal of forming a circle. The circle looks round when not previewed. However, in preview, the shape alignment messes ...

I have checked the DPI setting on my screen. It is 96 DPI. So I think DPI isn't the problem, because if you open the source file, you can see that the two pies on the left align very well, however, the two on the right are somehow misplaced. If the DPI is the problem, then the whole display should be distorted as a whole. 

Still thank you for the help, and I think I am gonna just let it go.
