Why shape alignment messes up in preview?

hello! im still having this problem after having checked my desktop settings. See attached for reference picture, on the left you see what i see in the edit window (everything is aligned perfectly even when i zoom in), and the right is when i play the timeline (it's even worse when i preview it) the boxes/aren't lined up anymore.
