why someone cannot load SCORM content in LMS

Hi Community,

 

I recently received an question - one of our employee said she cannot load SCORM content in our LMS. When she clicked on 'launch content', a window pops up, but it's always blank.

 

I asked her use both Edge and Chrome, not working.

I asked her to empty cache and cookies, also not working.

 

Do you meet similar case before? and how to fix it? Thank you.

    • What LMS are you using?
    • Have you tried publishing to HTML and confirmed that the course is playing correctly outside of an LMS?

    In addition to JHauglie's questions, I'm curious if this happens for a specific course or multiple courses. Have they tried republishing the course and uploading it in the LMS again? If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out!
