Word not appearing as typed in an auto-generated TextEntry field

I used Articulate Storyline 360 to capture my screen while demonstrating how to use an application. It did a great job of capturing the recording and generating the scenes and slides for me. However, on the slide where users have to actually type in a word (the word newsletter), the word doesn't appear on the screen as they type. Articulate still recognizes that they've typed the correct word and automatically moves onto the next slide as soon as they hit enter. But the word itself doesn't show on the screen, and I know that is going to confuse some of my users. How do I get the letters to appear as they're being typed? Articulate autogenerated a TextEntry trigger as part of the screen capture process.
