I'm having a similar issue. I have a course with two Tracking requirements (Must have viewed all slides and pass the Final Assessment). The learner has 2 additional attempts to Retry the Final Assessment, yet they are being marked complete by Workday when they click the Retry option and answer just one question correctly on their second attempt. They click Exit Course and be marked complete after just one question retried.
