As a I, you're limited to 3 courses on SCORM Cloud, which means 3 at any one time, not 3 total. So once you've deleted one, you can upload a new one.

    Looks like you're getting expert help from Joseph! I agree with the suggestion to test in SCORM Cloud so you can verify if the behavior you're encountering is LMS specific or not.
