Workday LMS and Articulate
Our company is changing LMS from Litmos to Workday. Does anyone know if Rise and Storyline are compatible and how assessments work with the Workday LMS?

Workday should support Articulate content as long as you SCORM publish it and upload the SCORM zip in Workday.
Okay I just looked it up and and tracks completion but may be unreliable with score reporting, but SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 are recommended when publishing from Articulate.
Workday Learning does not have a built in assessment. You will have to create one from a scorm file. Depending on what your goals are for the assessment, you will have to adjust your configuration before publishing. For some of our quizzes, we want a final assessment with a score and a pass/fail. If they failed, then the quiz does not move to Learning History with a Completion under Completion Status which is really the course completion status and not the lesson status (the quiz). We want it to hang out under In Progress. So our set up is like this:
Only those who passed will have their lesson (quiz) that is within the course moved to Learning History with a Completed status, as long as your configuration is set to pass/fail.
If you want the quiz (lesson) to move to Learning History as Completed even if they failed, then you would also check the Using Triggers (e.g. "complete course"). In Workday Learning, the lesson will say "fail" on the lesson, but the course will say Completed.
Also, make sure you check the Provide Course Grade checkbox when creating the digital course. This will pull the score from the learner's scorm file onto the transcripts and you can report on this.
