Workday LMS says fail after successful retake
I am testing out a course in our LMS (Workday) sandbox. The course is set up as follows:

report status to LMS as passed/incomplete

Could this be the issue? The default trigger for this slide says "Submit results 6.13 Assessment Results" When the timeline starts on this slide". It seems that maybe this is causing whatever result happens first to be submitted. Maybe I can change this instead to submit when the user clicks to the next slide.

You mentioned allowing your learners to retake the final assessment as many times as they'd like. When allowing your learners to retake the exams in your course, are you doing so with the use of a "Reset results" trigger similar to what is shown here?
You can find more details about Results Slide settings here. If you already have the "Reset results" trigger present, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can test your course in our LMS? We'll delete it when we're done!
