Workplace Burnout Calculator
Hi!
This calculator was made using Storyline for a Workplace Burnout course that I built in Rise.
The results can be printed which I thought would be useful for example if the learner wanted to discuss how they are feeling with a third party.
Here it is -

Thank you Sarah! I'm going to post the Rise course as an entry for the challenge this week. I love the work that gets showcased in these and have always wanted to join in - very excited about it!
Here's the file...

Awesome job, Chris! This is a great example of using radio buttons. Would you be willing to share your .story file with the community? I'm sure people would love this.

This is so cool, Chris! Can you tell me more about how you created the PDF print out at the end? I've never been able to do that successfully.

Hi Jennifer
Just jumping in here because of the time of year, in case Chris is no longer checking this forum. In this instance, Chris has created a trigger on a button to execute javascript.
The javascript is:
window.print();
It will print a copy of the window.

Thank you so much for stepping in there to answer Jennifer, I have been away from the office.

Thanks for the feedback Jennifer! I'm so sorry I didn't get back to you regards to the print question - Jennifer Munro has left the javascript below, hope you find it useful :)

Great work. I like how you have modified the slide size to suit your form - and that you have been able to fit it all into one window. I will have a look at your Rise course too, to see how it all fits together.

This is really great. You would not even know it was done in Storyline.
