Hi Sylvia!

I'm sorry you're running into this issue! Since you're near a deadline, can you reach out to us in a support case so we can work with you directly? If you can attach your .story file, that will be helpful!

    Hi Lauren,

    Thank you for responding so quickly.

    My method fixed several of the audio files on the night I raised this as a
    problem. So I was able to sleep.

    The next morning the remaining audio files somehow played correctly.

    The previous night I had rebooted, left my computer off for 1/2 hour and
    returned and the problem was still there. But after being switched off
    overnight, the problem disappeared.

    Gremlins again!

    So now I have nothing to show for my panic.

    Thank you for offering to help. (Still love Storyline!)
