Hello.
I have this same issue and it is really slowing down a project. When I play the slide, I hear the correct audio. When I preview it, different audio plays. I can have someone else publish it for me without issues, but I’ll need to be able to preview it as I continue working on it. I’ve updated and reinstalled Storyline 360 to no avail.
Also, I've checked the media library and the audio is correct in the library.

Looks like certain triggers might be causing your audio file to play out of order. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at your setup? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
