XLIFF errors when uploading for translation

Hi,

I exported my Rise360 learning to a XLIFF-file for translation. The translator got the following error while uploading the file:

XML file error - org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 2; columnNumber: 89164; Element type "trans-unitid" must be followed by either attribute specifications, ">" or "/>".

I noticed her in the forum that the language tag could be a problem, so I changed the label language form Dutch to English. Now a new error occurs: 

System.Xml.XmlException

MESSAGE:

The '=' character, hexadecimal value 0x3D, cannot be included in a name. Line 2, position 101849.

I already exported a lot of learnings whithout any problem, with that same translator having no issues to import the files. Anyone who has encounterd the same kind of problem and could offer me a solution?
