YouTube Video Playlist in Storyline

I've created an SL file with a Web Object that has the embed codes in a playlist for about 15 YouTube videos.

When I publish to Review 360 the videos play just fine.

But when I try to publish for Web or LMS, I get a Video unavailable   Watch on YouTube message.

How can I get it to play when I publish?
