Zip file not working when uploading to Workday

Hi everyone,

 

We have tried to upload the SCORM files to Workday. The course shows up, but when you click on it an error message shows. What could be causes for this?

    Happy to chime in!

    There's a chance that the issue you're encountering is isolated to Workday's environment. One way to verify this is to upload your course to SCORM Cloud to see if it will load properly there. If your course works properly in SCORM Cloud, please work with the support team of Workday LMS to correct the behavior. They'll be more knowledgeable in identifying the cause of the issue. 

    If you are able to replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
