I see that you've been getting some help from Joseph, but I just had some follow-up questions to help me understand what you're experiencing a little better.
- Which Articulate application and version of the application was used to create the published content?
- Is the failure to load issue occurring across all browsers or just one specifically?
- Does clearing the cache of your browser improve the behavior?
If you would be willing to share a copy of the file here in the discussion or privately through a support case, I'd be happy to test the behavior in SCORM Cloud and report my findings. We'll delete it from our system once troubleshooting is complete!
