Zoom Feature Not Working in Storyline 360

A common problem with zoom is that it only zooms on a graphic that is placed on a slide, then shrunk. Zoom gives a view only of the original size. At least, that’s how it used to work. I don’t know if that has been changed.

I am having similar issues with Zoom. On some slides, when Zoom is selected, the image enlarges and it's clear. On other slides of similar size, Zoom doesn't make any difference to the image. I would sure love a workaround or tips on how to best use the Zoom function.

The best tip I can give you is - zoom only zooms on a graphic that is placed on a slide, then shrunk. It zooms up to only the original size.
