Zoom Region not supposed to run on layers
I don't have a zoom function on my base layer, but would like to use it on my created layers. I have imported a new image to the new layer and with the new image, the zoom region is still greyed out.

Thanks for reaching out! I want to confirm that you cannot use the Zoom Region feature within a slide layer. I've shared your insight with our product team. We'll be sure to update this thread with any news in the future so everyone is in the loop!
- As a workaround, you can click on the Zoom Picture icon to allow the learner to zoom in on the image within the slide layer.

Yes, I am unable to use the Zoom Region feature within a slide layer even with an image that I have inserted. Thank you for the suggestion. I need the ability to enlarge just a section of the screen and not all of it. Thanks for looking into this.
