Hi KathyGreen-d069,

If I'm understanding you correctly your focus is more so on doing some edits to the audio track. Most AI powered solutions right now are good at removing/isolating background noise entirely and enhancing speech, but I am not sure if there is a solution that could be prompted to just remove a particular sound. For AI-powered background noise removal there is a feature in Camtasia called AI Noise Removal. There might also be solutions from Descript, Adobe Premiere, and ElevenLabs.

You might try importing your video into Camtasia (assuming you don't have a project file in there already), separate the audio and video track, "split" the section of the audio where you have that chime noise, and applying the AI Noise Removal audio effect onto that split section.
